フィリピンのマニラから飛行機で約１時間のレガスピ市にあります。1948年レガスピ短期大学として創立され、1968年に現在のアクィナス大学となりました。
アクィナス大学は、本学がIC-USTA加盟大学と初めての多文化体験学習プログラム(受け入れと派遣)を実施した大学です。
